Ingredients
170 grams of natural yogurt
Fine oat bran to the point
1 pinch of salt or to taste
Flax seeds to taste
Mozzarella cheese to taste
Oregano to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, add the yogurt, salt and fine oat bran little by little until you mix and obtain a firm dough that does not stick to your hands.
- Form balls with the dough, flatten them to shape the pizzas and slightly sink the center of the discs with your finger.
- Arrange the dough in a greased mold and place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for 10 minutes.
- Place over the mozzarella, linseed and oregano pasta to taste.Â
Bake for another 17 minutes in the oven to brown the cheese and the fit pizza recipe is ready.
