Make this fit pizza recipe and guarantee a tasty and practical snack!

Ingredients

  • 170 grams of natural yogurt

  • Fine oat bran to the point

  • 1 pinch of salt or to taste

  • Flax seeds to taste

  • Mozzarella cheese to taste

  • Oregano to taste

Directions

  • In a bowl, add the yogurt, salt and fine oat bran little by little until you mix and obtain a firm dough that does not stick to your hands.
  • Form balls with the dough, flatten them to shape the pizzas and slightly sink the center of the discs with your finger.
  • Arrange the dough in a greased mold and place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for 10 minutes.
  • Place over the mozzarella, linseed and oregano pasta to taste. 
    Bake for another 17 minutes in the oven to brown the cheese and the fit pizza recipe is ready.
