Ingredients
1 can of sardines
1 chili pepper
2 large tomatoes
3 red peppers
3 unpeeled garlic cloves
Black pepper to taste
Spicy paprika to taste
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Cut the chili peppers, tomatoes and peppers into cubes and discard the seeds.
Chop the garlic and transfer everything to the blender. - Beat very well and then transfer the mixture to a pan.
Add black pepper, paprika and salt to taste. - Take the pan to the fire and mix well.
Add the oil-free sardines and cook until thickened, stirring occasionally. - Turn off the heat and add oil to taste.
Mix well, wait to cool at room temperature or refrigerate and the sardella is ready.
