Learn how to make picanha in a frying pan in a simple way and never make a mistake when preparing this meat again!

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 sirloin steaks (approx. 1 finger thick)

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Butter to taste

  • Coarse salt taste

  • Olive oil to taste

Directions

  • In a large frying pan add a little olive oil, butter and spread when it melts.
  • After the butter is hot, add the picanha steaks and stir to spread them underneath.
  • Brown both sides of the steaks and fry them to your preferred doneness.
  • Transfer the steaks to a cutting board, season with salt and pepper to taste and they are ready.
