You will need the ingredients below for your Pepperoni Bread to be very tasty and fluffy. 
No need to knead!

Ingredients

  • 360ml warm milk

  • Half packet of yeast

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 spoons of margarine

  • 2 spoons of sugar

  • 1 coffee spoon of salt

  • 3 cups wheat flour

  • 1 pepperoni sausage

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 360ml of warm milk;
  • Add half a packet of biological yeast and mix;
  • Add 2 eggs;
  • Add 2 spoons of margarine;
  • Add 2 spoons of sugar;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • Mix;
  • Add 3 cups all-purpose flour;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 fried and chopped pepperoni;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer the mass to a greased and infarcted shape;
  • Cover and let rest for 50 minutes;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes;
  • Your pepperoni bread is ready!
