In addition to being very practical, this air fryer pastry recipe makes almost no mess!

Ingredients

  • Pastry dough

  • Filling of your choice

  • Olive oil or butter for brushing

Directions

  • Cut the pastry dough into rectangular-shaped pieces.
  • Add the filling of your choice to the middle of the dough (do not add too much to make the pastries seal better).
  • Bring the ends of the dough together and press them very well with a fork to prevent the filling from escaping.
  • Brush the pastries with olive oil or melted butter on both sides.
  • Place the pastries in the air fryer, fry for around 9 minutes at 180º and the recipe is ready.
