Passion Fruit Jelly with Ginger

This passion fruit jam with ginger brings together practicality, flavor and simple ingredients!


  • 100ml cold filtered water

  • 200 grams of sugar

  • 300 ml of passion fruit pulp

  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger


  • In a pan put the passion fruit pulp, sugar and mix well. Turn on medium heat and stir occasionally.
  • Reduce the heat when it boils and remove the excess foam that forms on the surface. Keep stirring well and add the grated ginger.
  • Keep stirring until you mix the ginger. Let it boil for 2 minutes, add the water at room temperature and stir until homogenized.
  • Let it boil over low heat, pour a little on a plate and if it goes down slowly the jelly is at the right point.
  • Transfer the jelly to a sterilized jar, let it cool at room temperature before storing it in the fridge and it’s ready to serve.
