Oven Rain Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tablespoons of oil

  • 3/4 cup (tea) of milk

  • 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour

  • 4 and 1/2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder

  • Powdered sugar and cinnamon to taste to finish

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix the wheat flour and sugar well. Add the egg and oil and mix again.
  • Add the milk and stir well. Add the yeast, stir until smooth and distribute into greased and floured molds.
  • Place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake the cupcakes for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Unmold after they have cooled, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon powder to taste on top and the cupcakes are ready.
