Ingredients
1 egg
3 tablespoons of oil
3/4 cup (tea) of milk
1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
4 and 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
Powdered sugar and cinnamon to taste to finish
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the wheat flour and sugar well. Add the egg and oil and mix again.
- Add the milk and stir well. Add the yeast, stir until smooth and distribute into greased and floured molds.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake the cupcakes for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
- Unmold after they have cooled, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon powder to taste on top and the cupcakes are ready.
