Ingredients

  • 5 ears of corn

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  • 1 tablespoon of margarine

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder for cakes

  • Corn husks to decorate

  • 1 box of condensed milk

Directions

  • Grease a mold with butter and line it with corn straws;
  • In a blender, beat 5 ears of corn, 3 whole eggs, 1/2 cup of whole milk, 1 tablespoon of margarine, 1 tablespoon of baking powder for cakes and 1 box of condensed milk;
  • Transfer to shape and bake at 180 degrees until golden (approximately 30 minutes);
  • Your oven tamale cake is ready!
