To make your Outback Prime Rib (with Barbecue sauce), use the ingredients below and follow the step-by-step instructions.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of pork ribs

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  • In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and ground black pepper.
  • Rub the seasoning mixture onto the pork ribs, making sure all sides are well coated.
  • Place the ribs on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 3-4 hours, or until the meat is tender and pulls away easily from the bone.
  • Remove ribs from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve the ribs with the barbecue sauce on the side.
