Ingredients
1 kg of pork ribs
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and ground black pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture onto the pork ribs, making sure all sides are well coated.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 3-4 hours, or until the meat is tender and pulls away easily from the bone.
- Remove ribs from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the ribs with the barbecue sauce on the side.
