Ninho Creamy Milk Ice Cream with Strawberry

Ingredients
3 excited
350 ml of milk
395 grams of condensed milk
100 grams of Ninho Milk/Milk powder
250 grams of strawberries
100 grams of sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
- Add the chopped strawberries, sugar and lemon juice to a pan.
- Stir over medium heat until the strawberries soften and begin to dissolve.
- Mash part of the strawberries and leave some in larger pieces.
- Place part of the jelly in a mold and leave it in the freezer.
- Add the condensed milk, egg yolks, powdered milk and milk to a pan.
- Mix continuously over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat when the cream thickens and starts to boil.
- Transfer the cream to a bowl and let it cool to room temperature.
- Beat the cream for a few minutes until it becomes more consistent.
- Pour half the cream into the mold and add a little jelly.
- Repeat the process, interspersing the cream with the jelly (reserve some of the jelly).
- Lightly mix the jelly with the cream to spread it a little.
- Cover with plastic wrap, leave in the freezer overnight and remove from the mold when it is cold and firm.
- Finish by placing the rest of the jelly on top and the dessert is ready.
