120g of couscous
240g broth or water
1 tomato
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1 red onion
1/2 japanese cucumber
1/2 lemon
Salt
Black pepper
Oil
Parsley
100g white cheese
Directions
- In a bowl, add 120g of Moroccan couscous;
- Add 240g broth or water;
- In another bowl, add 1 diced tomato, 1/2 bell pepper and 1 diced red onion;
- Add 1/2 sliced Japanese cucumber;
- Add 1/2 lemon, salt, black pepper and olive oil;
- Mix well and add to the couscous;
- Add parsley and 100g of white cheese;
- Mix;
