Ingredients
3 eggs
1 chicken breast cut into fillets (about 1kg)
1 package of grated parmesan cheese
Breadcrumbs for breading
Herbs of your choice to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Add eggs and salt to taste in a bowl. Beat well and set aside.
- In another container, place the breadcrumbs, a little salt, herbs, grated cheese and mix well.
- Dip the chicken fillets in the beaten eggs and then coat them in the mixture of dry ingredients.
- Fry the chicken on both sides in preheated oil over medium heat until golden.
- Carefully remove the chicken fillets and let the excess oil drain.
- Transfer the chicken fillets to a plate of your choice and they are ready to serve.
