Ingredients
4 round pastry doughs
300g ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
Curd cheese to taste
Seasonings to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Place each pastry dough in a mold and bake in the oven at 180º₢ for 7 minutes.
- Fry the ground beef in a frying pan or large pan, stirring well.
- Add the chopped onion and stir until golden. Add seasonings and salt to taste.
- Saute stirring well. Add the chopped tomato and sauté a little more while stirring.
- Add the diced curd cheese and sauté until it starts to melt.
- Fill the pasta with the sautéed ingredients using a spoon.
- Bake for another 5 minutes in the oven at 180º₢ and the baskets are ready.
