Meat Basket with Pastry Dough!

Ingredients

  • 4 round pastry doughs

  • 300g ground beef

  • 1/2 chopped onion

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • Curd cheese to taste

  • Seasonings to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Place each pastry dough in a mold and bake in the oven at 180º₢ for 7 minutes.
  • Fry the ground beef in a frying pan or large pan, stirring well.
  • Add the chopped onion and stir until golden. Add seasonings and salt to taste.
  • Saute stirring well. Add the chopped tomato and sauté a little more while stirring.
  • Add the diced curd cheese and sauté until it starts to melt.
  • Fill the pasta with the sautéed ingredients using a spoon.
  • Bake for another 5 minutes in the oven at 180º₢ and the baskets are ready.
