Ingredients
100 grams of sugar
100 grams of vegetable oil
260 grams of wheat flour
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1 lemon (zest and juice)
1 whole egg
sugar to taste
Directions
- Place the wheat flour, sugar, zest and lemon juice, oil, yeast, egg and sugar in a bowl.
- Beat with a mixer or mixer until the ingredients form a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- Grease your hands with a little oil, shape the cookies with portions of the dough and place them side by side on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake the cookies for approximately 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
