To prepare your lemon cookies, you will need to use the ingredients below and follow the step-by-step instructions for making them.

Ingredients

  • 250g of corn starch

  • 1/2 can of condensed milk

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 1 teaspoon yeast

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • Zest of 1 lemon

Directions

  • In a container, add the egg;
  • Add cornstarch;
  • Add the yeast;
  • Add the salt;
  • Add lemon zest;
  • Add condensed milk;
  • Add a spoonful of butter;
  • Mix well;
  • Mold the cookies;
  • Add in a greased shape with butter;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes;
  • Your lemon biscuit is ready!
