In addition to its irresistible flavor, this avocado ice cream has an unparalleled creaminess!

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of milk

  • 1 large avocado

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar

  • 1 box of cold whipping cream

Directions

  • Place the chopped avocado pulp, sugar and milk in a blender and blend for 3 minutes.
  • Beat the chilled whipped cream in a mixer until it reaches a firmer consistency.
  • Add the avocado cream to the whipped cream and stir until the mixture is homogenized.
  • Transfer the mixture to a container with a lid that can be placed in the freezer.
  • Leave the ice cream in the freezer for 6 hours or more and it is ready to eat.
