Ingredients
Peel of 1 pumpkin
1 chopped tomato
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 chopped onion
Chopped green flavor to taste
Black pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste

Directions
- Grate the pumpkin peel with the coarse part of the grater or chop it with a knife into thin strips.
- Add enough water to a pan to cover the pumpkin skin, salt to taste and heat until it boils.
- Add the shell and let it boil for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, drain the water and transfer the peel to a container.
