Ingredients
2 large potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
Optional seasonings: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, etc.
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Wash the potatoes well, remove any dirt and cut them into thin slices using a mandolin or sharp knife. Try to make the slices as thin and even as possible.
- Place the potato slices in a bowl and add the olive oil, mixing well to coat all the slices.
- Add salt and optional seasonings of your choice such as paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, etc. Toss again to ensure the slices are evenly seasoned.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the seasoned potato slices in a single layer.
- Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.
- Once cooled, the potatoes will be ready to enjoy like your own homemade Pringles!
