Every person who is a fan of spicy foods needs to try this homemade hot sauce!
Ingredients
200ml of oil
150ml alcohol vinegar
340 grams of tomato paste
100 grams of finger pepper
1 tablespoon dehydrated parsley
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 tablespoon oregano
5 cloves of garlic
1 onion
Directions
- Wash the peppers and dry them well. Separate 2 units, cut the rest in half and remove the seeds.
- Chop the peppers into small pieces, including the 2 with seeds that were reserved.
- Add the peeled garlic cloves, peppers and peeled and chopped onion to the blender.
- Add the oregano, dehydrated parsley, tomato paste, oil, ketchup, alcohol vinegar and mustard.
- Beat the ingredients for about 4 minutes, transfer the mixture to a sterilized glass container with a lid.
- Store the pepper sauce in the refrigerator if you are not going to use it immediately after preparation and it is ready (the shelf life is 15 to 20 days stored in the refrigerator).
