- Preheat the oven to 120°C.
- Cut the bananas into thin, even slices.
- Dip the banana slices in a bowl of lemon juice diluted with water.
- Let it soak for a few minutes.
- Then drain the banana slices and dry them with a paper towel.
- Brush coconut oil on both sides of each banana slice.
