This Homemade Banana Chips will be very crunchy and tasty, check the ingredients in the list below and follow the step-by-step instructions.


  • Ripe bananas (amount of your choice)

  • Lemon juice

  • Coconut oil


  • Preheat the oven to 120°C.
  • Cut the bananas into thin, even slices.
  • Dip the banana slices in a bowl of lemon juice diluted with water.
  • Let it soak for a few minutes.
  • Then drain the banana slices and dry them with a paper towel.
  • Brush coconut oil on both sides of each banana slice.
  • Place the banana slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they don’t overlap.
  • Bake in the oven for about 2 to 3 hours, turning the banana slices every half hour.
  • Make sure the banana slices are browned and crispy before taking them out of the oven.
  • Let the banana slices cool completely before serving or store in an airtight container.
  • Enjoy your delicious homemade banana chips!
