8 ears of green corn
1 liter of milk
1 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Cinnamon powder to taste
Directions
- Remove the corn from 8 ears of green corn;
- In a blender, add the corns;
- Add the milk;
- Add 1 cup sugar;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon salt;
- Beat well;
- Transfer to a pan, through a sieve;
- Take to the fire until it thickens and bubbles (always mixing);
- Transfer to a platter;
- Add ground cinnamon to taste;
- Your curau is ready!
