Ingredients
3 whole eggs
120 ml of oil
240 ml of milk
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup corn flakes (tea)
1 can of green corn (170 grams)
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- In the blender place the eggs, the drained green corn, the sugar and beat for 2 minutes.
- Add the milk, corn flakes and beat again for 2 minutes.
- Put the oil and beat for 1 minute, then add the baking soda and beat some more to mix.
- Pour the dough into a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 40 minutes.
- After removing the corn cake from the oven, let it cool and it is ready to unmold and serve.
