The success of this fluffy corn cake is due to its easy preparation and its dough with an irresistible texture and flavor!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 120 ml of oil

  • 240 ml of milk

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 cup corn flakes (tea)

  • 1 can of green corn (170 grams)

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions

  • In the blender place the eggs, the drained green corn, the sugar and beat for 2 minutes.
  • Add the milk, corn flakes and beat again for 2 minutes.
  • Put the oil and beat for 1 minute, then add the baking soda and beat some more to mix.
  • Pour the dough into a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 40 minutes.
  • After removing the corn cake from the oven, let it cool and it is ready to unmold and serve.
