Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar (200gr)
1 cup coconut milk (240 ml)
1/2 cup oil (120ml)
50g grated coconut
1 cup of fuba
1/2 cup of wheat flour (70gr)
1 teaspoon powdered yeast
- Syrup
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
Grated coconut to decorate
Directions
- In a bowl mix the eggs with the sugar, coconut milk and oil, mix well.
- Add the grated coconut, cornmeal, wheat flour and yeast, mix well, if you prefer, you can beat all the ingredients in the blender.
- Grease an 18cm mold. in diameter with oil and cornmeal, and pour the cake mix.
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

- Mix the coconut milk and sugar and pour it on the cake, decorate with grated coconut.
