Making this diet apple jelly with wine is very easy and fast!

Ingredients

  • 6 medium apples (about 650 grams without seeds)

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 250ml dry red wine

  • 300 grams of oven and stove sweetener

Directions

  • Remove the stems from the apples, wash them, cut them in half and remove the seeds.
  • Chop the apples and grind them with a processor or use a grater. 
    Transfer the crushed fruits to a pan.
  • Take the pan to medium heat and add the lemon juice and the oven and stove sweetener. 
    Stir well until homogenized.
  • Add the dry red wine and stir again. 
    Keep the heat on medium and when the liquid starts to reduce, lower the heat.
  • Stir from time to time over low heat until reduced further. 
    When the mixture is more consistent, transfer it to a jar with a lid.
  • Cover the jar with the mixture still hot, store it in the fridge and the jelly is ready for consumption.
