For your baked potato to be very crispy and tasty, use the ingredients on the list and follow the step-by-step preparation instructions.


  • 3 large potatoes

  • Grated parmesan cheese to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Chopped onion to taste

  • Minced garlic to taste

  • Chopped chives to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1 spoon of corn starch

  • 1/2 spoon of margarine

  • Oil or olive oil


  • Cook the potatoes in salted water until soft;
  • Love the potatoes;
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese;
  • Add salt, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped chives and black pepper;
  • Add 1 tablespoon cornstarch;
  • Add half a spoonful of margarine;
  • Mix well;
  • Wrap in plastic and place in the freezer for 1 hour;
  • Cut the dough into slices;
  • Transfer to a baking dish and add oil or oil;
  • Bake in an oven at 200 degrees until golden;
  • Your crispy baked potato is ready!
