Preparing this creamy banana jam is very easy and takes just a few ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of sugar (tea)

  • 2 kg unpeeled bananas

  • Ground cinnamon to taste (optional)

Directions

  • Mash the peeled bananas very well with a fork in a bowl and set aside.
  • Melt the sugar in a pan until it becomes a caramelized syrup, always stirring well.
  • Add the bananas to the syrup and mix very well to homogenize. 
    Add cinnamon to taste and cook for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • After the mixture becomes firm and easily detaches from the pan, transfer it to a container, wait to cool down and the creamy banana jam is ready.
