Coffee pudding is a dessert that provides lightness, flavor and simple preparation!

Ingredients

  • 250 ml whole milk

  • 3 tablespoons of instant coffee

  • 2 boxes of cream

  • 1 sachet and 1/2 of unflavored gelatin

  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • Caramel sauce to taste

Directions

  • Add condensed milk, cream, whole milk, gelatin prepared according to instructions, instant coffee and chocolate powder to the blender.
  • Cover the appliance and beat the ingredients until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is formed.
  • Place the caramel syrup to taste in a pudding mold and add the blender mixture.
  • Cover the dessert, take it to the fridge and leave it for at least 6 hours or until it is very firm.
  • Unmold the coffee pudding onto a plate of your choice and the dessert is ready to serve.
