Ingredients
1 whole egg
1/2 cup (tea) sugar (90 grams)
1 tablespoon baking powder for cake (12 grams)
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar or vanilla essence
2 cups and 1/4 (tea) wheat flour (300 grams)
2 and 1/2 tablespoons butter, margarine or coconut oil
3 whole eggs
300 grams of fresh grated coconut or grated coconut flakes
1 tablespoon melted butter (50 grams)
1 can condensed milk (395 grams)
Directions
- In a container add the wheat flour, sugar, sugar or vanilla essence, baking powder and mix well.
- Add the butter, margarine or coconut oil and mix with your fingertips until the ingredients form a dry crumb.
- Make a small hole in the middle of the mixture and add the lightly beaten egg into it.
Mix very well and book. - Place the grated coconut, condensed milk, melted butter, 3 beaten eggs and mix very well in another container.
- Transfer 2/3 of the farofa to a mold, spread it out until it is level and press down so that the base of the pie is firm.
- Add the coconut cream on top, spread well and then cover with the rest of the reserved farofa.
- Bake the dessert in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for between 35 and 40 minutes, wait to cool down before unmolding and the coconut pie is ready.
