Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of margarine

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

  • 200g grated coconut

  • 1 tablespoon of margarine

  • Half a can of condensed milk

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 1 egg;
  • Add 1/2 cup sugar;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of margarine;
  • Mix well;
  • Add 1/2 cup milk;
  • Add 1 cup all-purpose flour;
  • Mix well;
  • Add 1 tablespoon baking powder;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer to a greased and infarcted shape;
  • In a bowl, add 200g of grated coconut;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of margarine;
  • Add half a can of condensed milk;
  • Mix well;
  • Add over the dough;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes;
  • Your coconut cuca is ready!
