Ingredients
1/2 kg of ground meat
2 medium chopped onions
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green chives
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package of ready-made dough
Wheat flour for sprinkling the countertop
1 Beaten egg for brushing
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onions, tomatoes and green smell.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
- Open the esfirra dough on a bench sprinkled with wheat flour.
- Cut the dough into circles with a cutter or a glass.
- Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each circle of dough.
- Close the esfirras, pulling the edges of the dough towards the center and pressing with your fingers to seal well.
- Place the esfirras in a greased baking dish and brush with the beaten egg.
- Take the sphirras to the preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
