Ingredients
7 egg whites
12 tablespoons of sugar
Caramelized syrup to put in the mold
Directions
- Beat the egg whites in a mixer until the volume doubles.
- Add the sugar little by little with the mixer running.
- Beat for 6 minutes and transfer to a mold with the caramelized syrup.
- Smooth the egg whites well and mix to fill the entire mold.
- Place in a larger pan with 2 inches of water and place in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Bake in a bain-marie for 35 minutes. Unmold after cooling and the pudding is ready.
