Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
2 cups of milk
1 cup of chocolate powder
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of butter
Caramel sauce (ready or homemade)
Directions
- In a blender, beat condensed milk, milk, chocolate powder, eggs and butter until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- In a pudding mold, pour the caramel sauce and spread it well over the entire surface of the mold.
- Pour the blender mixture into the mold with the caramel sauce.
- Cover the mold with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C in a water bath for approximately 1 hour or until the pudding is firm.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before unmolding.
