Ingredients
1 whole egg
250 grams of mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup cornstarch (tea)
Directions
- In a container add the grated mozzarella cheese, the lightly beaten egg and the cornstarch.
- Mix very well, add more cornstarch if necessary and keep stirring until the dough is uniform, soft and does not stick to your hands.
- Model balls with portions of the dough, squeezing well with your hands to remove the air and roll them to the size of your choice.
- Fry the cheese balls in a skillet with preheated oil.
Remove when golden, transfer to a plate lined with paper towel and they are ready.
