A snack to enjoy without having to work in the kitchen, this cheese ball recipe deserves a try!

Not only is this cheese ball recipe easy, it’s also inexpensive!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg

  • 250 grams of mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup cornstarch (tea)

Directions

  • In a container add the grated mozzarella cheese, the lightly beaten egg and the cornstarch.
  • Mix very well, add more cornstarch if necessary and keep stirring until the dough is uniform, soft and does not stick to your hands.
  • Model balls with portions of the dough, squeezing well with your hands to remove the air and roll them to the size of your choice.
  • Fry the cheese balls in a skillet with preheated oil. 
    Remove when golden, transfer to a plate lined with paper towel and they are ready.
