  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 medium carrots

  • 2 cups of sugar

  • 3 cups wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon chemical yeast

  • 1 box of cream

  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder

Directions

  • In a blender, add the chopped carrot;
  • Add oil, eggs, and milk;
  • Beat well;
  • Transfer to a bowl;
  • Add the flour;
  • Add the yeast;
  • Mix well;
  • Transfer the mass to a greased and infarcted shape;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 to 40 minutes;
  • In a pan on the fire, add condensed milk;
  • Add sour cream;
  • Add chocolate powder;
  • Mix until thickened;
  • Add over the cake;
