Ingredients
3 tablespoons oil
1 onion
400 g of minced meat
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup olives (tea)
2 chopped seedless tomatoes
1 cup peas (tea)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Black pepper to taste
2 boiled eggs
1/2 tablespoon oregano
3 eggs
2 cups of milk (400 ml)
1 cup (tea) of oil (100 ml)
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 cup (tea) wheat flour (240 g)
1 cup (tea) grated parmesan cheese (50 g)
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion.
Add the ground beef and sauté until the water dries up.
After drying the water from the meat, add the chopped seedless tomato, the chopped olives, and the peas.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste and finally place the chopped boiled eggs.
Reserve; - For the dough, beat the eggs, milk, oil, grated cheese and salt in a blender.
Transfer to a bowl and add the cornstarch, wheat flour and baking powder.
Mix well; - Place half the dough in a greased and floured baking dish (25 x 35 cm).
Spread the meat stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top (optional); - Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
