Ingredients
3 whole eggs
3 tablespoons cream cheese
2 cups grated parmesan or mozzarella cheese
2 cups sweet sprinkles (tea)
1 cup milk (at room temperature)
1 tablespoon baking powder for cake
1 pinch of salt or to taste
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- In the blender place the eggs, milk, oil, cottage cheese, salt and beat for 3 minutes.
- Add a little sprinkle and beat, put the rest and beat again.
Put the grated parmesan or mozzarella cheese and mix with a spoon. - Add the baking soda and mix with the spoon until dissolved.
Transfer the dough to a greased shape and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. - Add a little grated mozzarella over the dough and place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for about 35 minutes.
- Unmold the cheese bread cake onto a plate or platter and it is ready to cut and serve.
