To make your bisnaguinhas, use the ingredients below and follow the instructions for preparation and follow the step-by-step instructions for preparation.


  • 500 g wheat flour

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons of margarine

  • 150 ml of milk

  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla essence

  • 10g dry yeast


  • In a bowl, put the sugar, powdered milk, milk and dry yeast.
  • Mix well.
  • Add the egg, vanilla, margarine and mix again.
  • Add most of the wheat flour (approximately 70%), salt and mix again.
  • Place the dough on a floured table and knead for 10-15 minutes, gradually adding flour as needed, until it stops sticking to your hands and becomes elastic.
  • Make a ball with the dough, put it back in the bowl, cover it with a cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the dough from the bowl, roll it out on a floured table in a rectangular shape, leaving it approximately 2 cm thick.
  • Cut the dough into long strips 2 fingers wide.
  • Cut the strips into little tubes, 3 fingers long.
  • Place the cut biscuits on a floured baking sheet, cover with a cloth and let rise for 30 to 45 minutes.
  • Take the roast to medium oven (180 degrees) for 15 to 20 minutes until they are golden.
  • Your biscuits are ready!
