Ingredients

  • 2 apples

  • Lemon

  • 3 eggs

  • 60g of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Lemon zest

  • Half a cup of milk

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

  • 120g wheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • 1 teaspoon powdered yeast

Directions

  • Peel and cut the apples into chips;
  • Transfer to a bowl;
  • Add the juice of half a lemon and mix;
  • Add 3 eggs;
  • Add 60g of sugar;
  • Add 1 teaspoon salt;
  • Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence;
  • Add lemon zest;
  • Add half a cup of milk;
  • Add 1 tablespoon melted butter;
  • Mix;
  • Add 120g of wheat flour;
  • Add 1 tsp ground cinnamon;
  • Mix;
  • Add the apples;
  • Add 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer to a greased shape with butter and sprinkled with wheat flour;
  • Add 1 beaten egg yolk on top for color (optional);
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes;
  • Your apple cake is ready!
