Restaurant chocolate soufflé is a dessert with a sophisticated air but very simple to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of 75% cocoa chocolate

  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 cup (tea) of milk

  • Vanilla essence

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 2 egg whites

Directions

  • Heat the butter in a pan. When it melts, add the wheat flour and stir well.
  • Add the milk and cook for a few minutes, stirring the ingredients constantly.
  • Pour the hot liquid into a container with the chopped chocolate, add the salt and vanilla essence.
  • Stir well until the chocolate melts completely. Add the egg yolk and stir again until smooth.
  • Beat the egg whites in a mixer until they increase in size and become foamy.
  • Gradually add the sugar to the egg whites while beating until they form stiff peaks.
  • Add the beaten egg whites to the chocolate cream and mix gently until incorporated.
  • Distribute the mixture into oven-safe cups greased with melted butter and sugar.
  • Place the cups on a baking sheet and bake the soufflés in a preheated oven at 200°₢ for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Finish by sprinkling cocoa powder over the top of the soufflés and they are ready to serve.
