Ingredients
100 grams of 75% cocoa chocolate
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of butter
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 cup (tea) of milk
Vanilla essence
1 pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
2 egg whites
Directions
- Heat the butter in a pan. When it melts, add the wheat flour and stir well.
- Add the milk and cook for a few minutes, stirring the ingredients constantly.
- Pour the hot liquid into a container with the chopped chocolate, add the salt and vanilla essence.
- Stir well until the chocolate melts completely. Add the egg yolk and stir again until smooth.
- Beat the egg whites in a mixer until they increase in size and become foamy.
- Gradually add the sugar to the egg whites while beating until they form stiff peaks.
- Add the beaten egg whites to the chocolate cream and mix gently until incorporated.
- Distribute the mixture into oven-safe cups greased with melted butter and sugar.
- Place the cups on a baking sheet and bake the soufflés in a preheated oven at 200°₢ for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Finish by sprinkling cocoa powder over the top of the soufflés and they are ready to serve.
