Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup and 1/2 (tea) of wheat flour
1 cup (tea) of water
1 cup (tea) sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
Directions
- Add the eggs to a container and stir for 1 minute.
- Add the sugar and stir again for another 1 minute.
- Add the oil and stir well until the ingredients are combined.
- Add the water, yeast, wheat flour and stir until uniform.
- Transfer the dough to a greased and floured pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for around 40 minutes.
- Unmold after it has cooled and the water cake is ready to serve.
