Ingredients
500 grams of potatoes
5 tablespoons cornstarch
Mozzarella cheese to taste
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Water
Oil
Directions
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and place in a pan with water until covered.
- Add salt to taste and cook until potatoes are tender.
- Drain all the water, transfer the potatoes to a container and mash well.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste and mix well.
- Add the cornstarch, mix well and knead with your hands.
- Take portions of the dough, open it in your hands and add the mozzarella to taste.
- Close the dough and shape it into a round shape.
- Fry in a covered frying pan with a little oil over low heat.
- After browning on one side, flip the burgers, cover and brown the other side.
- Remove them from the pan and the potato burgers are ready to serve.
