Ingredients
5 caturra bananas (runtary)
4 sugar-free paçoquinhas
2 tablespoons of raisins
2 tablespoons chocolate or cocoa powder
1 cup of rolled oats
50g chopped semi-sweet chocolate
Directions
- Mash the bananas well and transfer to a container.
- Add the oats, chocolate or cocoa powder, paçocas, raisins and chopped semi-sweet chocolate.
- Mix the ingredients well until a homogeneous dough forms.
- Grease a mold with oil, place the dough and spread it until it is 1 finger thick.
- Place in the preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool, cut into strips and the cereal bars are ready to eat.
