To make your cheese fondue perfect, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the step-by-step instructions for preparing this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 clove of garlic

  • Thyme

  • 1 and 1/2 cup dry white wine

  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch

  • 500g of cheese (250g of Gruyère and 250g of Emmental)

  • Nutmeg to taste

Directions

  • Grate the cheeses;
  • Add cornstarch and mix;
  • Add 1 clove of garlic to a pan (rub it on the bottom);
  • Add thyme;
  • Add the wine;
  • When the wine has evaporated a little, remove the thyme and garlic;
  • Add cheese little by little;
  • Mix until melted;
  • Add grated nutmeg;
  • Your cheese fondue is ready!
