This Nescau brownie surprises with its practicality and has a really special flavor!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole eggs

  • 2 cups (tea) of Nescau

  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar

  • 12 tablespoons of unsalted butter or margarine (200 grams)

Directions

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar very well using a mixer, mixer or blender.
  • Melt the butter or margarine, add it to the mixture and beat again.
  • Add the Nescau and stir well. 
    Add the flour and mix again very well.
  • Grease a mold with butter or margarine and Nescau and pour the dough into it.
  • Bake the brownie for about 40 minutes in the preheated oven at 180º₢.
  • Wait for it to cool a little before cutting and the Nescau brownie is ready.
