Ingredients
100g milk chocolate (can be dark too)
125g semisweet chocolate (I recommend not using milk chocolate)
6 paçocas
600 ml of milk
4 spoons of corn starch
2 packets of cornstarch biscuits
1 can of condensed milk
2 cans of cream
Directions
- Add half a can of condensed milk to a pan;
- Add the other half to another pot;
- Add half a box of cream to each pan;
- In the first pan, add 3 crushed paçocas;
- In the second pan, add 100 grams of chopped chocolate;
- In each pot, add 300ml of milk and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch;
- Take to medium fire, always mixing;
- When it thickens, book;
- Repeat process with second pan;
- Soak the cookies with chocolate milk;
- Add 1 layer of chocolate cream in a refractory;
- Add 1 layer of wet biscuits in chocolate milk;
- Add 1 layer of paçoca cream;
- Add 1 layer of wet biscuits in chocolate milk;
- Repeat the process until the creams are finished;
- In a container, add 100g of chopped chocolate and 1 box of cream;
- Take to microwave for 30 seconds and mix;
- Add over the pavé;
- Add 3 crushed paçocas to decorate;
- Take it to the fridge;
- Your paçoca pave is ready!
