Ingredients
4 whole eggs
100 ml of condensed milk
2 cups cornstarch (cornstarch)
1 pinch chemical baking powder
Directions
- Crack the eggs into a container, separate the yolks from the whites with clean hands and transfer them to another container.
- Beat the egg whites with a mixer or hand mixer for about 3 minutes, until it becomes stiff.
- Add the egg yolks, condensed milk, cornstarch and yeast to the egg whites and stir well to mix.
- In a greased and sprinkled mold pour all the dough and take it to the preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
- Unmold the plain cake onto a plate or platter when cool and ready to cut and serve.
