Ingredients
3 whole eggs
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 and 1/4 cup (tea) of sugar (225 grams)
1 bottle of coconut milk (200 ml)
1 tablespoon baking powder for cake
1 spoon (coffee) of salt (05 grams)
Condensed milk to taste (optional)
500 grams of cassava/cassava/cassava
100 grams of grated coconut
Grated cassava to taste
Directions
- Add the eggs, butter or margarine, sugar, coconut milk to a blender and beat well.
- Add the peeled and chopped cassava, the salt, the grated coconut and beat again.
- Add the yeast and pulse to mix, then transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet.
- Add grated cassava to taste over the dough and bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Add condensed milk to taste and optional over the still warm cassava cake and it is ready to serve.
