Ingredients
3 whole eggs
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) fine oat bran
1 tablespoon baking powder
170 grams of natural yogurt
Grated mozzarella cheese to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- In the blender place the eggs, yogurt, salt, grated parmesan cheese, fine oat bran and beat for 3 minutes.
- Add the baking powder and mix with a spoon until the dough is homogeneous.
- Pour the dough into a greased bread pan and sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- After the oatmeal cake bakes and cools at room temperature, unmold it and it can be served.
