The result of this healthy oatmeal bread is a delicious and special snack!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) fine oat bran

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 170 grams of natural yogurt

  • Grated mozzarella cheese to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In the blender place the eggs, yogurt, salt, grated parmesan cheese, fine oat bran and beat for 3 minutes.
  • Add the baking powder and mix with a spoon until the dough is homogeneous.
  • Pour the dough into a greased bread pan and sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  • After the oatmeal cake bakes and cools at room temperature, unmold it and it can be served.
