Homemade Lemon Ice Cream

The result of this homemade lemon sorbet is incredible and loved by everyone who tastes it!
Ingredients
1/2 cup lemon juice (lemon)
1 box of condensed milk
1 box of cream
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 egg whites
Lemon zest
Directions
- Place the condensed milk and lemon juice in a bowl, stir well until incorporated and set aside.
- Whip the egg whites in a stand mixer until stiff.Â
Gradually add the sugar with the mixer on and beat until it reaches a sigh consistency. - Add the cream to the meringue and stir gently with a spoon or spatula, so as to leave it homogeneous.
- Add the mixture of condensed milk and lemon juice and mix well.
- Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 5 hours.
- Remove the dessert from the freezer when it is firm and serve in pots of your choice.Â
Decorate with lemon zest and the ice cream is ready.
