With this protein shake you can satisfy your hunger in an easy, tasty and healthy way!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of whey protein

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 100 grams of fruit of your choice

Directions

  • Add the whey protein, milk, fruits to a blender or mixer and beat for 1 minute.
  • Serve the protein shake in a glass of your choice and the drink is ready.
